About C. S. Hindell
Facilitator, Academic, Speaker, Writer, Renaissance and Epicurean
C. 'Scott' Hindell is Principal of Hindell Consulting. He is also a 'Master Teacher' at UCLA Extension and instructor at Los Angeles Community College - West Los Angeles College and LA Mission College. He teaches primarily in the area of business and management.
Prior to this, Mr. Hindell managed investments for 17 years. As a Registered Investment Advisor and NASD Principal, he owned and operated his own boutique investment management firm for ten years, where he managed large investment portfolios for a small group of affluent individuals.
It is Mr. Hindell's broad understanding of a variety of methods available, partnered with his unique ability to facilitate objectivity, that has distinguished Mr. Hindell's success and aided him in achieving his mission to provide objective and unbiased advice to help individuals and organizations achieve their goals.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Mr. Hindell now lives in Brentwood, California with his family. He enjoys many outdoor sports, food, wine, traveling, and philosophy. His passion and interest for food and wine are supported by his hobby teaching the art of pairing wine with food, and as guest chef, organizing and preparing wine dinners for restaurants, winemakers, and charitable events a few times a year.
